✅ Cash on Delivery & Parcel Checking

We offer 100% Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.

  • When the delivery agent arrives, you are allowed to check the parcel in front of the delivery agent only if the parcel is not a sealed box.
  • If the parcel is openable at the time of delivery, you may inspect the product before accepting it.

If You Don’t Like the Product at Delivery

  • You may instantly return the product to the delivery agent.
  • However, the delivery charge must be paid by the customer.
  • If the delivery charge was collected in advance, it will not be refunded if the return is due to personal preference (for example: change of mind, color choice, or expectation mismatch).

🔄 Return After Receiving the Product

If you receive the product, make the payment, and later decide you want to return it:

  • You must contact us within 3 working days of receiving the product.
  • Customers are required to provide clear photos and videos to confirm that the product is unused, undamaged, and in proper condition.

Return Process

  1. After approval, we will arrange a pickup from your address.
  2. Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it.
  3. If the product is found in good condition, we will process your refund.

Refund Deductions

Please note that the following costs will be deducted from your refund:

  • Original shipping charge
  • Return pickup charge

The remaining balance will be refunded to you through the appropriate payment method.


🛠️ Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.

  • We will exchange the product completely free of cost.
  • No delivery or pickup charges will be applied in this case.

Please report damaged items within 3 working days with supporting photos or videos for faster resolution.


🔁 Exchange for Personal Reasons

If you wish to exchange a product for another item without any defect or damage (for example: size preference, color choice, or change of mind):

  • The customer must pay an exchange charge equal to twice the standard delivery fee.

This charge covers both the pickup and the redelivery costs.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
  • Khorid reserves the right to decline a return or exchange if the product shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing packaging.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on operational and payment procedures.
